KYC statuses
Overview
The following statuses describe the lifecycle of a KYC application within the Narvi system. These statuses may appear across entities, persons, and related resources.
Status values
INIT
The application has been created but not completed.- The process has started
- Required data may still be missing
- The application has not been submitted for review
RETRY
The application requires updates.- Reviewed by compliance
- Additional information or corrections are required
- The information needs to be provided and the application must be resubmitted
SUBMITTED
The application has been submitted for review.- All required data has been provided
- The application is awaiting compliance review
ACCEPTED
The application has been approved.- KYC verification is completed successfully
- The entity or person is approved for further use
REJECTED
The application has been declined.- KYC verification failed or did not meet requirements
- The application cannot proceed

- INIT and RETRY require action from the integrator or user
- SUBMITTED and ACCEPTED are managed by Narvi
- Status updates may be delivered via webhooks
Common scenarios
